Matías Gutiérrez Ginesta

Matías Gutiérrez Ginesta studied law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and qualified as a lawyer in Chile in 2025, with a concentration in Private and Corporate Law. During his studies, he served as a teaching assistant in Public International Law, Law of Persons and Business, and Civil Liability.

Before joining Estudio Valdés & Cía., he worked as a paralegal at Montt y Cía. on civil and criminal litigation matters. He later worked at Jara del Favero Abogados, where he focused on real estate, corporate and employment law.

He currently advises individuals and businesses on tax and corporate matters, including tax optimization, corporate reorganizations, family wealth restructuring, corporate governance, tax advisory, tax controversy, tax audits and administrative proceedings, international taxation, estates and gifts, proceedings before the Treasury and municipalities, M&A, and general corporate matters.
