Eduardo Borrás Peró

Eduardo Borrás Peró studied law at Universidad de los Andes, obtaining his law degree in 1997.

Before joining Estudio Valdés & Cía. as a partner, he was a member of Manuel Montt B. y Asociados, Recabarren y Asociados, and Etcheberry-Rodríguez.

Eduardo has extensive experience in the acquisition, sale and merger of businesses in Chile and abroad, across industries including mining, printing, steel, agriculture and real estate. He has led and continues to participate in the development of mining, commercial and industrial businesses in Chile, Peru and Ecuador.

He has also served on the boards of a range of companies, with a particular focus on corporate governance, financing and business restructuring.
