Demetrio Víctor Benito Olas
Demetrio Víctor Benito Olas is an Agricultural Engineer and a specialist in expropriation claims, property tax and capital-appreciation projections.
Since 2007, he has served as a court-appointed expert and is authorized before all 17 Courts of Appeal in Chile in disciplines including agricultural valuation, agricultural and real property, forestry, urban and rural matters, water rights, and mining easements.
His practice focuses on complex valuations, the interpretation of land-use planning instruments, and boundary and area projection and modeling, integrating title reviews, plans, and field surveys.
He has additional training in agricultural valuation, valuation of areas subject to easements, asset valuation using multi-criteria methods (AHP and ANP), the Residual Methodology NCh 3658/2 and the National Valuation Standards NCh 3658 1 and 2 of ASATCH.
