Daniela González Delpiano

Daniela González Delpiano is an attorney who graduated from Universidad de los Andes in 2004, with more than twenty years of experience advising businesses and individuals on corporate, commercial, and real estate matters. She complemented her legal training with postgraduate studies in Mediation and a Diploma in Employment Law for Businesses, both from Universidad de los Andes.

She began her professional career at Universidad de los Andes, contributing to the development of postgraduate programmes, before joining the Legal Department at Parque Arauco S.A., where she gained solid experience in corporate counsel and the negotiation of commercial and real estate matters. Since 2010, she has practised independently as a partner of her own firm, providing ongoing legal counsel to companies in a variety of industries.

Her practice focuses on corporate law, contracts, real estate, and comprehensive counsel for commercial projects and shopping centres. She supports clients in day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making, with experience in the negotiation of complex agreements, business structuring, legal-risk prevention, and dispute resolution.

She also advises companies on regulatory compliance and serves as Responsible Person under Chilean Law No. 20,393 for major companies.
