Benjamín Costa Saavedra
Benjamín Costa Saavedra qualified as a lawyer in Chile after completing his legal studies at Universidad del Desarrollo in 2019. He subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Business Law at Universidad de los Andes (2021–2022) and a Master’s degree in Tax Law at the same university (2022–2023).
Before joining Estudio Valdés & Cía., he worked as an associate at WMG Abogados from 2019 to 2022, focusing on corporate, real estate and tax matters.
He currently advises individuals and businesses on tax and corporate matters, with particular emphasis on tax planning and optimization, corporate reorganizations, family wealth restructuring, corporate governance, domestic and international tax advisory, tax controversy, tax audits and administrative proceedings, estates and gifts, dealings with the Treasury and municipalities, M&A, and general corporate matters.
